OK, I'm in favor of you opting out, IF you have "DO NOT TREAT" tattooed
across your forehead in 3" tall letters. Otherwise, you either buy
insurance, or you expect the taxpayer to cover you.

I expect the taxpayer to cover me, after all the money I have put into the
"system" over my lifetime. I sure as hell could use what I pay now for
insurance. I could save $185 a month! Where do I apply?
