Default What is it called?

A clamp that has a cam mechanism, usually bolted or screwed to a table, has
a (usually) poly/vinyl/rubber arm to hold down workpiece. Meant to be
mounted for jig work.

Out of all the responses, toggle clamps, or plain hold down clamps seem to
bring what I'm looking for. Thanks.

One could not be a successful Leftwinger without realizing that,
in contrast to the popular conception supported by newspapers
and mothers of Leftwingers, a goodly number of Leftwingers are
not only narrow-minded and dull, but also just stupid.
