--Made this contraption a few yrs back but only just got the photo
up. Very useful if you've gotta drill a bunch of tiny holes..

did you start with a commercial "sensitive" attachment? I ask because
my mill does not have quill with a downfeed like a bridgeport, so such a
device would be quite handy even for more normal sized holes where I
want precise location.

--Yes. Had a situation where I had to drill several thousand little
holes on .1" centers and this was a real grief reducer, so to speak..
