Refrigerator not working again

Call a ****ing professional service tech you nut-job. Wound pretty tight today aren't we? Good call, Jim. Some people! sigh I hope all is well with you and your bride. We haven't heard much of from you recently. Welcome back. A while back I lurked in alt.hvac . That group is populated with people that would fit in well in a knee cap breaking union situation. They believe they have a 'right' to your money since they learned a trade that no mere mortal can understand. Of course, to protect you, they make sure any HVAC distributor will not sell to you as a private citizen to protect their profit stream since they have a 'right' to it. Then they will try to sow FUD, otherwise known as "Fear, uncertainty, and doubt" about wiping out your family from CO poisoning. There are a few decent types there but like places where the thugs rule, they don't speak out too much. Oh yes, the typical response to a home owner asking a question is quite similar to Jim's. Some even more vulgar and insulting. Wes |

They tried that ONCE when I was the engineer at a local TV station. The mere suggestion that I would make sure their company name be mentioned on the air sent them scurrying away like rats. I guess they ddn't want to be seen on camera, either? Then they will try to sow FUD, otherwise known as "Fear, uncertainty, and doubt" about wiping out your family from CO poisoning. Here's something good Wes: http://chicago.craigslist.org/wcl/app/1967770325.html Oh, older than the one at moms. She still has the grandparents (deceased) GE fridge with the compressor mounted on top like the one in the link. For decades, apples resided in that fridge. Either those the grandparents bought or moms. I remember hitting that fridge for a nice crisp McIntosh any time I had the jones for one. Some day mom is going to pass on, that fridge is coming home to be my garage beer fridge. I don't have kids so that suicide door isn't an issue for me. Moms place, formerly the grandparents place was electrified in the 40's my Montgomery Wards. Wiring revised by my brother (licenced) and me (scab). We're doing well, but certainly getting older. Turned 71 last July. I feel every one of them! I drop by occasionally, but I (co)moderate two forums, which keeps me jumping. I rarely have any spare time, and I hate wasting much of it reading political dogma. Hope this finds you and yours well! :-) Harold |
