Default FOLLOWUP -- IT WORKS -- Help with motor capacitor wiring

John, the new capacitor from McMaster arrived in the mail, after
installing it the motor almost jumped on the table, and runs great.

10 minutes later, the compressor was reassembled and oil put in the
crankcase.

A fun little story.

Picked up a "2.98 kW" (4 HP?) 60 gallon Speedaire compressor with a
self described "bad motor" for $50.

I am kinda hoping that the motor is not actually bad.

So, have you tried it, yet? What happened?

Excellent! That turned out to be pretty simple.
Still don't know what the
