I'd use a hollow cone punch myself, but a bullet hole would work fine for some jobs. I guess when I was taught weapon safety that the word weapon was always stressed. It never included using a loaded weapon, note the word is WEAPON, as a hand tool. A handgun IS a hand tool. Its a hole punch. Actually, it's a power tool...... |
