I have a Milwaukee filer made by Rice Pump Co. It is located in San
Francisco, CA. Must be picked up in SF. Email me privately if you are
interested.

I have one that is probably similar, except that it was made by Manley.
Seems to be a real workhorse. If you have any docs for the die filer would
you be interested in selling them separately, or making copies?
