Default Thumbs up for Dewalt, thumbs down for Dyson batteries

Dewalt is kind enough to build their drill batteries so you can rebuild them with 18650 batteries.

No so with Dyson.

Dewalt is kind enough to build their drill batteries so you can rebuild them with 18650 batteries.

No so with Dyson.

Looks like the same but the Dyson has solder tabs on it. The original looks
like it is made by LG. Look up the LG # on the web or take your battery to a
re-builder and have tabs welded on.

Common method for battery packs as it makes a reliable connection. No
biggie for a rebuilder, they do it every day.
