Where is the water heater? Is there an expansion tank on it? If it
becomes waterlogged and the water cannot expand when heated, it can be
forced ou the safety valve. Is the safety plumbed into a drain? If you
cannot see the water, feel the tubing on the exit to see if it is hot.
