restricted key, was there a log book entry or a restricted key form
sent to a superior? Maybe the person HAD to have a security clearance.

What exactly is the super secret intel being protected here? All
the fed check system does is come back with whether a person is on
the no-buy list because they are a felon or nut case. That's all.
The person requesting the check puts information in, it gives a
yes or no answer. So, what's so super secret? Confidential?
It's all based on PUBLIC information. There is no reason that
access to that could not be made available to anyone who's selling
a gun. Or even to anyone, for any reason, for that matter.
You have an issue with protecting and hiding felons? And mind
you, I didn't propose the idea, Gfre did, as a way to enable private
sellers to do the check without going to a FFL. Please, check your meds.
