Concealed carry in America.

It involves a $200 fee, an investigation that might take 6-8 months and a sign off by the state and local government. Some states just say no. I do believe you can buy a full auto lower receiver for an AR-15. You become a Felon if and when you change out the semi auto lower unit; unless you have the tax stamp and registered to have full auto. Last I'm aware of. A bump stock doesn't change the "mechanical" function, no physical changes, modifications to the designed firing operation. It just speeds up release of spent gases and rapid return of the bolt to firing again. Correct on both. -- Tekkie |
