The typical loon lie. That BS was heard a 1000 times over
in the case of Iraq. The USA is there to take the oil!. Well we're
long gone and the oil still belongs to the Iraqi people. It was
a really, really dumb argument, because if getting the oil flowing
was the objective, all the USA had to do was lift the sanctions that
had Iraqi oil embargoed.

For the record, the USA hasn't sent troops to any countries to eradicate
terrorists, with the exceptions of Afghanistan where we were attacked
and Iraq where Saddam was ignoring the agreement he signed to disclose
his WMDs, cooperate fully with the UN weapons inspectors, etc. And Iraq
was only after going to the UN, getting multiple resolutions, including
a final warning, and we were joined by an international coalition. So
to argue something about the US sending troops to Nigeria to root out
Boka Harum, it's just ridiculous.
