Default If You Have Trouble Seeing......

I picked up an EZ Eyes keyboard at the dollar store and it is
inexpensive but very easy to see if you have vision problems. The keys
are yellow with large black letters and it helps me a lot. The item is
quite inexpensive and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who demands the
best but if you break the cheap keyboard, you haven't lost much money.
Buy a few of them and have spares on hand especially if kids are getting
their grubby little hands on your computer. ^_^

I set the zoom on web pages and use the window's magnifier sometimes.
The keyboard needs some attention.

I was barely able to renew my drivers license because with my expensive
eyeglasses, I'm still legally blind in one eye. Of course my flummoxed
eye does help with peripheral vision and movement detection. I can make
out the keys on this keyboard using my bad eye only but would have to
set the font size real, real big to read the the screen. Social Security
helped me get my eyeglasses because two pair with the eye exam cost
$1,200.00 and now I must go to The Eye Foundation Hospital to see(no
pun) a retina specialist. o_O

I have one from Harbor Freight that's actually pretty high quality. It's
made of metal much like the metal flashlights and has a hefty solid feel
to it. I think it has 2 settings for the 8 LED's but I've misplaced it
because I'm moving a lot of stuff around. ^_^
