Why every deck should have a railing
You might get sued!
"[HUNTINGTON, W.Va. ] A college student claims he was injured when a fraternity member in a "drunken stupor" decided "that it would be a good idea to shoot bottle rockets out of his anus," and did so, "but instead of launching, the bottle rocket blew up in the defendant's rectum, and this startled the plaintiff and caused him to jump back," and fall off the fraternity's deck... at which time he fell off of the ATO deck, and he became lodged between the deck and an air conditioner unit adjacent the deck." And so on. http://www.courthousenews.com/2012/02/02/43572.htm |

Some mention is made of ATO negligence in not providing sufficient supervision and control of alcohol. I thought that is why fraternities were created. -- ___________________________________ Keep the whole world singing . . . Dan G remove the seven |

If you think they were created to NOT provide sufficient supervision and control, you are correct.
