What's different? Been that (at least around here) for quite some
time...like 10+ yrs seems like as that's roughly how long been back from TN.

I normally use our state's website and just fill out a request - works
very well. Hopefully they're not abandoning that system...

I haven't used it down here in TN, but it was one call in PA since at
least 1990.

Call 811 before you dig through the underground utilities to get them
mismarked...

Take pictures to document where everything was marked...

Call 911 after you dig through the mismarked underground utilities...

Hold up your pictures and say "not my problem" when everyone is pointing
fingers...
