Cell alarm connections are quite common for locations where someone is concerned about a cable cut. An new construction site burned to the ground a couple of years ago. People were in the middle of closing on their new condo (Phase 1). Fire trucks every where. It looked like fraud at first, but was determined to be arson. A wireless unit captured the video.
