Default update on Maytag Washer Problem

I posted last week about ordering and installing a new motor in my Maytag. I
got it on the internet from a place called "Appliance Parts Specialists".
They had the best price by far. Well, it was indeed a dud and I called to
return it and get another one. I was ready to do battle. To my amazement,
they just said, "sorry about that, we'll send you a replacement". I thought,
that's great but now I have to hassle returning the first one. I asked how
that was to be done. "Oh, no problem, just dispose of it". I got the new one
in two days, put it in, and bada bing, it came to life. Man, what an
unexpected pleasure ... actually getting an English speaking person, in this
country, on the phone and having it resolved without a hassle. I know that
I'm sounding like a shill but I'm not. Now and then gotta give credit, where
credit is due. They are at www.myapplianceparts.com

They are, indeed pleasant to deal with...don't know what it seems to be
w/ the appliance parts guys on the web -- I've dealt w/ several and
they've all been excellent...

Can't think of which is which offhand, one is in Louisville, KY, the
other in Ok City, OK with which I've had marvelous success...
