level in the bowl is very high. Last week the water in the bowl was very
low. What is best way to fix this toilet? THe only name on toilet is NI.

Plunger first and that dies not work get a "snake" made for that use at
the hardware store.

Dont use it its defective and dangerous, use the one at your neighbors.

Sounds like something is clogged in your drain. Use a plunger to unclog it
and if that doesn't work you can use a snake, or you can always call a
plumber.

I get it, April fools all month.

It's the alligators living in the sewer, sometimes they plug the pipes with
their tails. Just shout down the vent on the roof and he will move on.

Well I thought it had to be a troll, his Flapper is Up, and he can`t
figure out why.

Not Incendiary? That means you can fix it by throwing in a cherry bomb.
