Central Heating query.
I have a Calydra gas combi boiler installed in my attic. Yesterday morning, it came on all by itself, and proceeded to turn the house into a sweatshop. It is too mild for us to turn it on, yet on it was. It was all switched off at the wall, but in order to get the heating to go off I had to switch the boiler from 'hot water and heating' to 'hot water only'. Apparently it may have a device which allows the boiler to switch itself on if it gets frosty, but hadnt noticed any frost.
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions please? Thanks, Barry. |
