Consumer Reports has a good set of reviews and rankings on washing
machines. There is a subscription fee, but it is more than worth the
price. ConsumerReports.Org is the site.

Consumers ratings consist of advice from an aggregate of
thousands/millions of "real workd owners". Anthing you get from this
group is far less useful.
