A few years ago I bought a F&P washer and have been very satisfied with
it. A simple and efficient design.

The top loading dryer appears to me to be unnecessarily complicated --
the exact opposite of the washer. Shortly after it came out, Consumer
Reports tested it and said it performed worse than many others,
especially considering its price tag. The only real advantage it offers
is a reversing tumbler which prevents clothes tangling.

Compared to higher end washers, there haven't been many technological
advances in dryers in the past few years. About the only advantage of
the higher priced models is that the cabinet matches the washer.

If you're buying a premium level laundry pair, get a washer with a high
speed spin cycle. Then the dryer won't have to run as long.

I was just curious abt that dryer

I DO like the washer design

I currently have front loaders and wish Id bought a F&P
top loader washer instead
