If you have woods and/or water near to or on your property, nothing
will get rid of the rats. We had a seasonal creek behind the houses across the street from us. The rats would cross the street and forage around the houses, including ours. They gnawed through the wire mesh of our crawl space vents and made themselves at home. Our exterminator came and and rat-proofed the house for $750. So we still had them in the yard at night (I saw only one near dawn at a bird feeder once in 13 years), but they couldn't get in the house. |

I have many acres of woods near and on my property, and water too, and we don't have rats, never did. Reply to NG only - this e.mail address goes to a kill file. |
