I have a canopus firewire ADVC 100, it's just a white plastic case with a
circuit board in it. The case is held together by four small self tap screws and I'm having difficulty properly identifying what they are because I want to buy some more of these but longer. If I put the screw in a micrometer the diameter of the shank is 2.6mm and the screw itself is about 10mm deep, overall including the head it's 11mm long. How do I locate the correct name/ID number of this screw? I would like to buy some 15mm or 20mm versions of it. I've looked on google but haven't been able to ID it. |

Probably the first thing to do would be to post a picture of it. You will then get more response from those inclined to help :-) |

You may find something at the model shops ?? |

Would you believe I was thinking along those lines (no good hardware nearby) as I was typing, but thought I'd give it a go!! Daniel |
