need help identifying self tap screw
 

I have a canopus firewire ADVC 100, it's just a white plastic case with a
circuit board in it. The case is held together by four small self tap screws
and I'm having difficulty properly identifying what they are because I want
to buy some more of these but longer. If I put the screw in a micrometer the
diameter of the shank is 2.6mm and the screw itself is about 10mm deep,
overall including the head it's 11mm long. How do I locate the correct
name/ID number of this screw? I would like to buy some 15mm or 20mm versions
of it. I've looked on google but haven't been able to ID it.

Probably the first thing to do would be to post a picture of it.
You will then get more response from those inclined to help :-)

Why not take a screw to a good hardware store and see if they can help
or give you other suggestions??

I do almost everything online these days, thus I need to identify this (and
other) screws here at home so I have (some) certainty when I'm ordering.

Would you believe I was thinking along those lines (no good hardware
