for months now without results,

Not enough information. Please post the remaining information so
someone can maybe find out whether it is available or not.

You did not even post what kind of device this is, a toaster oven? or
what?

Let alone the year of manufacture as that will also determine which
index to look in.

Call the authorized Philips parts supplier for your area, or call Philips
themselves. If the manual is not out of print, they can supply it.
