Default Vertical Sweep Chip

Hello,

I have a Philips model 35P550 C101 TV and I believe the vertical sweep
chip is out. I do not have a lot of test equipment.. a multimeter is
really the only test gear that I have. The TV was given to me so if I
fry it I'm not too worried about it it will have been a good learning
experiecnces (I have taken all the necessary precautions not to fry
myself). My first question is how do I locate the Vertical IC? If I
locate and replace the IC what are the chacnes that is the only problem
or is there a good chance more components will need replaced? It's an
older but nice TV

here is are a few picture of the main board if that helps

Thanks in advance for any guidance you can give me.

Josh
