Default RCA TV problem

I have a RCA model 32V550T television. Recently I turned on the TV and I
got no picture in a high pitched buzzing sound. Now I cannot turn the TV
off as the buzzing continues. If I unplug and plug in the TV the buzzing
continues.

The question is this something that can be repaired (or something that is
worth repairing)? I've only had the TV for about 2 years.... if that long.

TIA
