Shorted Horizontal output device, very possible a defective LOPT, probable
that L14401 has very lousy soldering where it connects to the circuit board

32V550T is ITC800 chassis

ITC008 chassis came out last late fall and DOES NOT have coil or like
that between HOT and horizontal driver trahsformer.

The buzz is the power supply overloading and don't plug in again till
you get it into service. It's under warrenty get it to RCA service
authorized.
