Default Need info: Brimar D7-200GH cathode ray tube

I need a replacement tube for a piece of
test equipment. I believe the heater filaments (pins 1/2)
are open on the CRT as the inputs and voltages
to the tube measure OK. Can anyone verify the socket pinout?

Does anyone have more info on this tube or have
a Brimar D7-200GH or D7-201GH tube forsale? Would
there be other sources for this particular tube?

Thanks,
