ST Part, what is it?

finger to keyboard and composed: TO252, 3 lines: ST CHN K922 LD33B What is it? Just a WAG, but could it be a low dropout 3.3V regulator? - Franc Zabkar -- Please remove one 'i' from my address when replying by email. |

It might be anything at all... I _HATE_ that practice of cryptic marking. I can understand that e.g. SOT-23 doesn't have enough space to put the full part number but TO252 is big enough to host a small poem. --- ************************************************** **************** * KSI@home KOI8 Net The impossible we do immediately. * * Las Vegas NV, USA Miracles require 24-hour notice. * ************************************************** **************** ** Posted from http://www.teranews.com ** |

No. I simply got several tubes of those as a part of a big lot. I _HATE_ that practice of cryptic marking. Thank you anyways, I'll try to burn one... However it doesn't look exactly right to me because TO252 LD1117 parts from ST have "D" for package code, not "B"... --- ************************************************** **************** * KSI@home KOI8 Net The impossible we do immediately. * * Las Vegas NV, USA Miracles require 24-hour notice. * ************************************************** **************** ** Posted from http://www.teranews.com ** |

See page 3 of the datasheet. Then search for LD33A, LD33B, and LD33D at usbid.com. The part number pattern seems pretty convincing to me. - Franc Zabkar -- Please remove one 'i' from my address when replying by email. |
