TO252, 3 lines:

ST CHN
K922
LD33B

What is it?

Just a WAG, but could it be a low dropout 3.3V regulator?

It might be anything at all...

So this part is not out of some equipment that you are repairing?

No. I simply got several tubes of those as a part of a big lot.

I _HATE_ that practice of cryptic marking. I
can understand that e.g. SOT-23 doesn't have enough space to put the full
part number but TO252 is big enough to host a small poem.

I believe it could be an LD1117BDT33TR LDO 3.3V regulator:

Maybe 13 characters is a little too much for one stanza. ;-)

Yep, it is possible...

Some evidence in regard to the marking ...

Eh, this is a biggest mystery They are selling a part exactly like mine
and there is no part No. either...

Thank you anyways, I'll try to burn one... However it doesn't look exactly
right to me because TO252 LD1117 parts from ST have "D" for package code,
not "B"...
