Just a WAG, but could it be a low dropout 3.3V regulator?

It might be anything at all... I _HATE_ that practice of cryptic marking. I
can understand that e.g. SOT-23 doesn't have enough space to put the full
part number but TO252 is big enough to host a small poem.
