It's a 50 something inch rear projection TV (about 5 years old) and we
get the audio fine, but there are three lines across the screen and no video (red, blue, and greenish yellow). Sometimes we can see a little of the image and somtimes the lines get bigger or smaller. Is this dead or not, and if not, is it likely to be expensive to fix? Thanks in advance. |

Does it use CRTs? It sounds as if the Service switch (if there is one) has
accidentally been moved. |

Without knowing the brand and model number we can only polish off the glass
ball and continue guessing. Please post manufacture's name, and model of the set. Thx. "Meat Plow" wrote in message ... If it has defective parts and can be serviced in-home it could cost you a few hundred dollars. I could see you getting into $200 + parts pretty easy. |
