On the back of this amp (Akai AM-V04), is two plugins. One says switched the
other unswitched. What plug do I use to plug the tuner into it? The house is normal AC current wiring. Patt |

Patt "Switched" just means that particular outlet is controlled by the power switch on the Akai, so that the Akai can turn on the tuner at the same time, if you desire. (Assuming the tuner power switch is "On", that is...) Use either one, but the tuner will stay on when you turn off the amp unless you use the switched outlet. How about that... a question even I was competent to answer... ;-) Mark Z. |

The unswitched outlet is meant for a turntable, which might need
power to unload the tone arm after the amp is turned off. Patt wrote: On the back of this amp (Akai AM-V04), is two plugins. One says switched the other unswitched. What plug do I use to plug the tuner into it? The house is normal AC current wiring. Patt |
