Default Citizen TV's

Hi, my name is Jason. I'm trying to find info on the JCTV1372SB color
television. I have a cracked SMT IC (IC199) which I beleive is part the
the audio section on the PCB. I can only make out a few digits on the
actual chip. I'd like to see if I can purchase a new one, but first I
need to know what the chip is. I tried to look for a service manual
that would provide me the cross reference for the chip. No luck with
that

So, if someone could help me find a manual or a site or retailer who
could provide me with the info that I need, it would be greatly
appreciated!

Thanks

Jason
