Default Grundig TV Elegance 82 blown PSU

Grundig TV Elegance 82 model MW82-2101
has a blown PSU. I replaced fuses and shorted chopper FET, checked ESR
on small caps (OK) and checked diodes for not shorted.Checked for dry
joints -looked ok. Powered up on variac, blew fuse. Any ideas?
Thanks
