Default Sharp TV (4734ME) Went Totally Dead

Hi,

This morning the 10 year old (or more) Sharp 25 inch TV
would not come on. No smoke, no smell, no noise other than the relay
clicking on and off with the remote and the switch on the TV.

There is no sound or visual at all.

I opened it up and found one fuse, which looks good.

What is the likely problem? Can I have it fixed? Fix it myself? Or time
to get a new set?

Thanks
