Default Yamahe RX-V495 amp...output transistors???

Me Yamaha RX-V495 home theatre amp, which has served me very well for almost
six years, died after an evening of fairly high volume (never past 2 o'clock
tho...) listening. The amp was placed in a spot which didn't allow it to
breathe properly, my foolishness entirely. It basically cut out and now
will not turn on. It just goes 'click' when I attempt to turn it on...with
the exception of one instance where there was a spark near (on?) one of the
output transistors but it hasn't done that since. Can the output
transistors be replaced? Is this amp worth saving or should one forget
about it and start shopping for a new one?

It can certainly be fixed; the question is one of economics. A repair may
cost upwards of 100.00, even a bit more. If it's not worth spending that,
better replace the unit. Not really a DIY type repair for most people.
