Default Building DIY pro. speakers - 500_watt_top_box.jpg (0/1)

This is a 500 watt satellite, for use with sub woofer systems. It's response is
100hz and up. It can output up to 127 db SPL.

It is built to Eminence specs, using Eminence drivers.

It is about 24" x 17" x 9".

Total cost expected to be under $us400.

100hz and up? That's a mid-range, not a sub!

Funny? Did you click on it? It works just fine without the 'com' ;-)

I don't know why, or how I got the typo, I pasted right from the
Firefox address bar.

Jim,

Did you write up that schematic before or after you build the thing? :-)

It was multiple pages during the build, coalesced into a final drawing
after completion and testing.

It really works nicely. Original concept was just boom-box use at
disco's. Then it was found that classical music and Souza marching
band stuff both sound great.

Aaaaargh! Wrong schematic... that's the chase lights, not the
boom-box. I'll have to look around for the boom-box stuff :-(

many browsers guess .com if the hostname doesn't resolve, this feature
can usually be turned off.

The idiot that said "Worked fine for me..."

Like the line in 'Under Siege'

"He's got a guard."

So as an addendum to the idiot that said it, you are one as well. Why?
For not knowing about it.
