Don't like the work light on your tool?
Buy a headlamp, foo!
I see reviews of tools that complain about the included work light being insufficient. So, just in case anybody here doesn't know... Modern headlamps are amazing for the task. In fact, doesn't really matter which task, they rock for almost everything (work, cleaning, whatever). Mine is a Fenix HL55. It's the only one I have experience with, it's amazing. |

We've been camping for years but this was the first time we saw lots and lots of lights bobbing around the campground from the headlamps that many of the other campers were wearing. After a couple of days we realized that just about everyone that was wearing headlamps were french speaking Canadians. I can only assume it's a common practice up north. We considered trying it, but all I could think of was getting blinded by SWMBO's headlamp every time we looked at each other. Maybe I'm concerned over nothing. |

Even the campground operators informed us that "We can't do anything about the insects." when I asked about skeeters when I made the reservations. SWMBO and I researched (and made) some homemade insect repellent, but we never even took it out. The skunks were bold though. Now, if you want to talk about the moose-quitos I experienced while stationed in AK while in the USCG, well, they were definitely flight plan worthy. You could confuse them with the C130's that brought in our supplies. |
