Default Crown Molding Job Finished

Here are a couple pics of the crown molding job I mentioned in a
previous post.
There was low light and it was my phone, so the pics aren't great.
But you can at least see what I was talking about and that I matched it
up pretty well.

Hey Mike - what's with the blue painter's tape in the first pic?


That's how I've always marked studs/joists for nailing.
That way there are no pencil marks on the wall.
In this case they are painting the walls, but I'm in the habit of doing
it that way.

locations in the second picture. :-)
However, as I replied to Mike, I use masking tape to mark studs/joists
for nailing instead of using pencil marks.

Nice looking work, Mike. I would have to think your client would be pretty dang pleased with that. I'll bet that when painted, you won't be able to tell who did what, or when, which to me is the goal of a project like that.
