Just walked in from cutting dovetails for two drawers and saw this ...
going back out and starting over, from scratch, mine not good enough.

Beautiful job as usual, Leon ... the hardware really sets the piece off.
Makes you want to tush it!

(Same style hardware that's going on the mentioned drawers)

Love, love, love the contrasting colors and clean, straight lines!
I hate you. :-)

Yeah I bet. You are probably being too picky.

Makes me think of a past thread when someone was arguing with you.
Told them to go look at your work. Fantastic as usual.

My tastes are different (but that's probably because I lack real
creativity...), and I'm not real big on contrasting colors, but you hit
another home run with the execution Leon. As always - excellent work.

Thank you Mike. On a large piece IMHO the same color through out tends
to blend in so to speak. With my bedroom, the tower project, I mixed
red and white oak and cherry. Just enough contrast to set off those
elements that I wanted noticed. Then the Pantry, it was going to be all
dark, that would have been a 8'x8'x16" hunk of dark on an 11'x 15' wall.
The two tone helped draw the piece in with the cabinets in the kitchen
and the natural color helped the dark from sucking your eyeballs out of
your head. ;~)

My customers have been drawn towards the two tone.

Thanks again!

No particular size, I think they are actually intended for socks and
underwear. This goes in bedroom. They are however 6" deep and 13.125"
wide, inside.
