I finally bit the bullet so to speak and purchased a brandy new mm16. Jim
Strain from Minimax told me it would arrive via common carrier to my
doorstep in about 2 weeks. The price was acceptable $1900 + $240 shipping
to Oreegone. They threw in 4 blades as well as a mobility thingy as part of
the purchase price. I'm happy. I'll report back when it shows up.

ironically, i did exactly the same thing this morning.

did you really get it for $1900, or was it the $1995 as listed? for me,
they threw in 3 blades (is one included?) and the mobility kit.
