Starting a new Shop?
If you are starting a new shop or want to up grade, Laguna seems to have a
pretty good special. 1. 14" Band Saw with 2hp Baldor motor and 10 point Laguna ceramic guides 2. 8" Jointer 3. Stationary Hollow Chisel Mortiser with Stand 4. 16" Stationary Planer 5. I'd have to say so about the American style, typically European shops have multi tasking machines. The TS is usually the jointer, shaper, and planer. No doubt expensive but still a bargain for all of those pieces. |

Assuming you can fully depreciate in 24 months max, sounds like an opportunity. For the hobbist, may be a bit much. Lew |
