Default Tungsten Tooth Holesaw

G'day all,
At the local Bunnings the other day and noticed a range of hole saws,
with a single tungsten tooth. They are a good brand "Sutton".
Has anybody used this type of hole saw and if so, how do they compare to
a regular good quality high-speed steel hole saw.
Thanks for any info
regards
John
