Default Home Depot and Ryobi support - GOOD experience

I seem to have lost a couple of people with my long sentences and explanation.

'Hardware' (sander) works great. A piece of 'software' (sandpaper) failed, and the company more than made up for the time involved.

If the hardware fails prematurely and they won't make good, then I'll slam the company.
