Spacing hinges with ball finials
I am getting ready to mortise in some hinges for inset doors, for my
first time. The hinges I have selected have ball finials. My question is, how far to the outside of the door do you space the finial balls, i.e., just flush with the door, a 1/64th, a 1/32nd, etc.? Thanks |
