Skunks and racoons.......maybe.....
We need to get a 30 yard dumper........that will clear the area........

These people were shopping around.......sidewall and pony wall damage, floor
rot in house, sliding glass door shot.
roof old, deck shot.
I told them maybe 25,000 for a repair.......
Oh, we think only about 15,000 to 18,000
