Skunks and racoons.......maybe.....
We need to get a 30 yard dumper........that will clear the area........
Trouble is, the house is not in any better shape......

These people were shopping around.......sidewall and pony wall damage, floor
rot in house, sliding glass door shot.
roof old, deck shot.
I told them maybe 25,000 for a repair.......
Oh, we think only about 15,000 to 18,000
Anyway, the picture you send is my feelings.......
