Default A different kind of finish

JD, My email was returned, but the finish to that great basketball game
was too WOW! not to congratulate you OT here.

Won't be much attention in class this week.

Arch, wish I was there in Tampa watching the game. Weather here in KY is
cold and damp. Told my students who are on the team to not return unless
they brought sunshine with them. Thanks for the kind comments and GO
TOPPERS!

Mac,

That is sooooo unfair! I'm trying to get this Ph.D. finished. As soon as it
is, I've talked my wife into allowing me to apply for positions in areas
that fit only 2 criteria. Warm most of the time (I can dress for warm, it's
the cold I can't handle) or near the mountains (any mountains). Thus far,
I've applied at a small school in W. Virginia and Eastern KY, both of which
are located in the Appalachain Mtns and nearer to the ocean than we are
currently. It really wasn't hard to talk her into these criteria, she's from
East Germany (cold winters and a pretty big mountain chain nearby).

That's why we're in Baja, JD...
I told my wife that I'd live anywhere in the world, on 3 conditions:

We could afford it....

It didn't snow...

I had electricity and my shop....

It's 83 degrees right now, (4 pm), with a pretty stiff breeze going...
The wife's laundry is flappin' and I'm in the courtyard in the shade, on the
laptop...
Life is good!
